Today I'm sharing my recipe for Microni in white Sauce.Hope you'll find it useful.


INGREDIENTS:
•Microni shells.
•Water
•Oil

For White Sauce:
•Butter
•Garlic Cloves (Chopped).
•Onion (small, finely chopped)
•Salt
•Italian seasoning(Optional)
•Black pepper
•Maida (All purpose Flour)
•Milk
•Cheese(Slice/Cubes)

DIRECTION:
1.Boil Microni in hot water and add oil to it.
2. Once boiled Add the Microni in cold water so that it's non sticky.

For White Sauce:
1. Add butter in a nonstick pan (low flame) add garlic, onion and saute for 30 seconds or until onion gets caramelized.
2. Add Maida (All purpose flour) and mix it well followed by adding the milk, salt, black pepper,Italian seasoning.
3. Now add cheese slice or cubes to thicken the consistency of the sauce.
4. Add pasta to sauce and stir. simmer for 1-2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
5.Garnish it with red chilly flakes or oregano and serve hot.
